April 29
12:18 p.m. — Macomb Hall — A member of the cleaning staff reported damage to the exhaust fan in a kitchenette. The fan had been pulled off the cabinet it was attached to. A crime incident report was filed.
April 30
3 p.m. — Parking Lot 28 —A resident student reported damage to her vehicle while it was parked in Parking Lot 28 between 9 p.m. on April 28 and 1 p.m. on April 29. A crime incident report was filed.
4:09 p.m. — Macomb Roadway —University Police and the Plattsburgh Fire Department responded to a fire in a dumpster located on Macomb Roadway. The fire was extinguished without incident. The cause of the fire is unknown. A service report was filed.
May 1
11:30 a.m. — Wilson Hall —University Police received a report of a violation of risk management at an off-campus fraternity house on April 20. The incident is being investigated. A service report was filed.
6:45 p.m. — Hawkins Hall —University Police assisted the City Police in locating a student in Hawkins Hall who was wanted on a bench warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree. The student was located and taken into custody without incident. A service report was filed.
7:19 p.m. — Adirondack Hall — A resident student voiced concerns to University Police that an ex-boyfriend had moved into Adirondack Hall. The male student has not attempted to contact her since moving into the building and has no sanctions preventing him from living in the same building. The student was advised to contact Housing if she would like a room change. A service report was filed.
May 2
9:06 a.m. — Hawkins Hall —A faculty member reported receiving a disturbing email from a former student. The email was not threatening University Police contacted the sender and advised him to have no further contact. A service report was filed.
May 3
11:31 a.m. — Yokum Hall —A faculty member reported a video card had been stolen from a computer in Yokum Hall. A crime incident report was filed.
May 4
1:58 p.m. — Adirondack Hall —City Police requested University Police in attempt to locate a resident student who was involved in an altercation off-campus and may be injured. The student was located in his room with obvious injuries to his face and head and was intoxicated. Morrisonville Ambulance responded to transport the individual to CVPH. The individual became combative and was restrained by members of both police departments. He was transported to CVPH. A service report and college charges were filed.
3:30 p.m. — University Police —University Police arrested Diamond Blackwood of 232W Macdonough Hall and charged him with falsely reporting. He was released upon an appearance ticket.
11:20 p.m. — Brinkerhoff Street —City Police arrested Jack Pilie of 210B Adirondack Hall and charged him with criminal possession of stolen property. He was released upon posting $500 bail.
11:25 p.m. — Wilson Hall —University Police responded to Wilson Hall for a resident who had damaged the ash tray outside the building and tossed trash cans around the entry way to the building. The student admitted to damaging the property. College charges were forwarded. A crime incident report was filed.
May 5
12:08 a.m. — Broad Street —University Police arrested Rachel Wittenberg of 81F Wilson Hall and charged her with a violation of the city open container ordnance. She was released upon an appearance ticket.
12:08 a.m. — Broad Street —University Police arrested Ashley Murray of 90J Wilson Hall and charged her with a violation of the city open container ordnance. She was released upon an appearance ticket.
12:21 a.m. — deFredenburgh Hall —University Police responded to deFredenburgh Hall for a broken window in the lounge. The case is being investigated. A crime incident report was filed.
2:07 a.m. — Margaret Street — City Police Arrested Christopher Deroziere of 169 Cornelia St. and charged him with a violation of disorderly conduct. He was released upon an appearance ticket.
