APRIL 26

12:15 AM    — Broad Street — The Plattsburgh City Police arrested Jared V. Goderie of 54 Broad St. Apt. C and charged him with a violation of the city noise ordinance. He was released upon an appearance ticket.

12:25 AM    — Broad Street — The Plattsburgh City Police arrested Michael A. Stubeck of 52 Broad St. Apt B and charged him with a violation of the city noise ordinance. He was released upon an appearance ticket.

12:33 AM — Helen Street — The Plattsburgh City Police arrested Bradley M. Mader of 1 Helen St. and charged him with a violation of the city noise ordinance. He was released upon an appearance ticket.

12:53 AM    — William Street — The Plattsburgh City Police arrested Carmelo Cruz Jr. of 7 William St. Apt. B and charged him with a violation of the city noise ordinance. He was released upon an appearance ticket.

2:08 AM — George Angell Drive — University Police observed a large group of people at the corner of George Angell Dr. and Rugar St. A vehicle was observed on the wrong side of the street. When officers approached, the group ran in several directions. The vehicle owner and three juveniles were left at the scene. All the individuals had been drinking alcohol. The owner of the vehicle was found in possession of two cases of beer. Joshua A. Sommer of McCutcheon Lane, Plattsburgh, was arrested for the crime of unlawfully dealing with a minor and released upon an appearance ticket. The juveniles were brought to the station and turned over to their parents. A crime incident report was filed. None of the individuals are associated with the college.  

2:15 AM — Brinkerhoff Street — The Plattsburgh City Police arrested Mary K. Benn of 130 Brinkerhoff St., Apt 1 and charged her with a violation of the city noise ordinance. She was released on bail.
