Clinton, Moffitt halls broken into overnight

Clinton burglary is second in last month

Individuals broke into Clinton and Moffitt Halls between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday, vandalizing several offices in Clinton, according to a report from University Police.

Suspects in the break-ins also vandalized the Moffitt Hall mailroom and two vending machines on the first floor of the dorm.

The burglary in Clinton is the second in the last month. Burglars stole $350 from a safe in Clinton Hall between 10 p.m. Tuesday, July 12 and 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 13.

There was no information regarding the description of the subjects or the direction of travel when fleeing the incident, according to the report.

University Police is asking anyone with information regarding the incident to contact them at 518-564-2022.
