10:37 a.m. - Macdonough Hall - A resident student reported that she received a message from an unknown individual who claimed to have obtained her personal information from the internet. The information included account user names and passwords. The student did not believe the information was used and was in the process of notifying the institutions involved. A service report was filed. The investigation is continuing.
8:52 p.m. - Clinton Dining Hall - A Sodexho manager reported that a Sodexho employee was refusing to leave Clinton Dining Hall. University Police responded. The individual was advised that he had been suspended and needed to leave. The individual left without incident. A service report was filed.
DEC. 5
9:52 a.m. - University Police - University Police received a search warrant from the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department with regards to an IP address on campus. The warrant was forwarded to the Office of Management Services for review. A service report was filed.
10:00 a.m. - Kehoe - University Police received a report that a staff member had received an irritating e-mail message in their office. The individual responsible was identified and contacted. A service report was filed and college charges were forwarded.
2:10 p.m. - University Police - University Police received a report of a scheduled college sanctioned event that might possibly include underage drinking. The faculty member in charge of the event was contacted and advised that no alcohol could be consumed as part of the event. Officers checked the event and confirmed there was no alcohol. A service report was filed.

1:26 a.m. - Cornelia Street - University Police stopped a motorist for a traffic infraction and found the driver to be driving while intoxicated. Zachary Arnold of Pleasant Street, Keeseville, was issued a uniform traffic ticket for driving while intoxicated. A crime incident report was filed. College charges are to be forwarded. UPD Arrest # 1546
