Fellow freshman Kathryn O'Leary took top honors in both the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1.08.32 while sophomore Jen Taft finished in ninth with a time of 1.16.21.
Taft also took second in the steeplechase at 12.15.33, which is a PSUC record.
For the 4x400 relay, PSUC finished in third behind Hamilton College and Oswego and ahead of St. Lawrence and Union College.
In the women's 5,000-meter run, the PSUC women's track team took five of the top six spots.
Howard paced the Cardinals with a time of 19:30.66; Wiszowaty ran second with time of 19:31.07.
Sophomore Stacie Swartz and Freshmen Maria Towle and Kristen Pack finished fourth, fifth, and sixth respectively.
"We could have a better handoff in the 4 x 100 relay and could dominate the women's distance and men's sprints," Willmott said. "The men can be close to provisional NCAA if we clean one or two things up."
At the SUNYAC conference championships this weekend, both the PSUC men's and women's track and field teams have more than 15 different athletes competing in different outdoor track and field events.
The competition includes all of the SUNYAC conference.
For the men's track team, Asher looks to continue his success as he competes in the 1500-meter run, 1-mile run, 500-meter run, and the 10,000- meter run.
Dobson will compete in both the 200-meter and 400-meter dash in the competition.
Dessaurault will compete in both the 200-meter dash along with the 400-meter hurdles for the SUNYAC.
Daly will compete in the high-jump and long-jump events. Sitch and Hunsinger will both compete in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash.
"We will have some people doubling in relays and tripling into perhaps the 4x4," Willmott said.
"I tell the kids that this meet is the most challenging workout of the year. They have responded well in years past."
On the women's side, Wiszowaty and Alyssa Recny will compete in both the 5000-meter run and 10,000-meter run.
