PLATTSBURGH - Plattsburgh State President John Ettling and his wife, Lisa Lewis, will host a buffet dinner to honor the champion women's ice hockey team and Head Coach Kevin Houle Saturday, April 21, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Angell College Center Warren Ballrooms.

The cost for the reception and dinner is $25 per person, $10 for children ages 3 to 12 and free for children under 3. Tickets can be purchased at the Angell College Center main desk.

PLATTSBURGH - Bad weather and poor field conditions have postponed the Friday, April 13 softball game. The conference doubleheader vs. New Paltz will now be played on Wednesday, April 25 at the Cardinal Softball Complex.

PLATTSBURGH - The Wednesday, April 18 softball doubleheader at SUNYIT has been postponed. The conference games have been rescheduled for Sunday, April 29 at SUNYIT.

PLATTSBURGH - The baseball team's home doubleheader against Clarkson has been postponed due to bad weather. A rescheduled date has not been announced.

CAPE COD, Mass. - PSUC's Anthony Williams has received yet another award for the 2006-2007 season. The ECAC has selected Williams as the ECAC Division III Upstate Men's Basketball Player of the Year. This is Williams' fifth major award from his previous season. His other accolades include being named to the NABC third-team All-American, SUNYAC Player of the Year, D3hoops.com All-East Region First Team and NABC East All-District First Team.

LEWISBURG, Pa. - PSUC track and field team member Toni Wiszowaty set a school record in the 10,000 meters at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic. She won the event at the NCAA Division I meet in 34 minutes and 40.58 seconds to beat the field by 47 seconds, earning automatic qualification to the Division III national meet.
